Sorry. 1- Can you see HTML files in the same directory? 2- How are you configuring ~user for Apache? 3- Are you calling http://localhost/~user/ or http://somename/~user/ ? 4- If somename, does http://somename/ work for HTML and PHP? It usually isn't a problem with the PHP file but a wrong command in the apache config. Look for this section: # Control access to UserDir directories. The following is an example # for a site where these directories are restricted to read-only. # #<Directory /home/*/public_html> 5- Are you running httpd2 or httpd1.3? -- Neil Williams ============= http://www.codehelp.co.uk/ http://www.dclug.org.uk/ http://www.isbn.org.uk/ http://sourceforge.net/projects/isbnsearch/ http://www.biglumber.com/x/web?qs=0x8801094A28BCB3E3
