The no route to host means just that, the username that the IP you are trying 
to connect to doesn't have a PPPo[AE] session to any of our ADSL home 
gateways or CALs.

It's not BT (afaik - we've had no fault report), and it's not AnlX - blame 
neill, not me ;)
