Hmm I just had a dangerous thought.

Wonder if BT doublecheck the registered interest in ADSL before enabling
exchanges...

I mean anyone could guess numbers in the 01395 23[23] range, and
register 2000 interested parties in the Woodbury and Woodbury Salterton
area (not that BT had set a target last time I looked).

A simple perl script could be easier than building a Wireless network ;-)
