No idea, we had a lot of notice for this meeting, and it didn't help that much, publicity is more important, I think 3 weeks is sufficient. Would say get attendees to e-mail (or otherwise indicate their attendance), so you can remind them the same day or day before. > also where would be a good location ? the school seemed to work well ! Likely to be in Torbay area, which is one area we haven't had a meeting in yet.
