Hi Tom,

Firstly let me introduce myself to the list as this is my first
posting...

Hi Everybody! My name is Mark Squance and I live in Plympton, Plymouth.
A relative newbie to linux (I've got it up and running, sort of, at
last) my computing and electronics / mechanical knowhow going back to
c.a. 1976, I have now reached the grand old age of 42. I am not
currently working due to a chronic illness (Motorcycle accident 1979
with the subsequent discovery a few years ago that I had been given a
bad blood transfusion at that time containing the HCV - hepatitis 'C'
virus - Sh#t happens) However I am not quite ready to meet my maker just
yet so I do try to keep busy my main interests being in no particular
order... Ham Radio (G6IBU / M3IBU), Model Engineering, small RC model
airplanes and these damn computers!

I hope to be able to throw a spanner in the works here every now and
again - Cheers

I have an EPROM / microcontroller burner here ( micromaster LV from
http://www.icetech.com )and also UV EPROM Eraser which most certainly
will do the job. If I climb the steps to the loft I maybe have some
suitable sized EPROMS on a few dead things (now where did I put that
stuff up there!) I don’t have the binary for the rom images to hand but
I'm guessing that a search on the www will turn up a few ne2000 rom
images or perhaps you already have a bin file or rom that can be copied
and burnt?

Your Ball now ;-)

Cheers
Mark Squance.
Plymouth.
