Sounds like it's failing to find some header files.  You may be missing
some dev-package, or it may be that the ht://Dig config doesn't know
the FreeBSD layout.  Check under /usr/include and /usr/local/include
for c++ and g++ headers.

It'll pick up those OK once you've compiled.
