You're lucky you can have even one offer of broadband access. I live within
the city limits in Plymouth, but ADSL is not available, RADSL fails the
survey, I get line noise high enough that even dial-up keeps dropping the
line and Eurobell aren't within 1km of the house.

I wish.

Que? If I ever do get RADSL, I doubt I'll have the luxury of extras - I'll be
lucky to get 256kbps at this rate and that's for download as well as upload.

I'll be lumbered with getting a new mobile and using IrDA. (Does anyone know
if it even works? I've heard the transfer rates are more akin to a fax
machine.)
