I just upgraded to Suse 8.1 very fast, not bad but I'm having a problem with my volumes.
SUSE 81 didn't detect my CDwriter and DVD correctly, I found out that the devices are /dev/sr0 = dvd and /dev/sr1 = CD writer
So I modified the fstab file as follows
/dev/sr1 /media/cdrecorder auto ro,auto,user,exec 0 0
/dev/sr0 /media/dvd iso9660 ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0
So the alias are now /media/dvd and /media/cdrecorder.
Right clicking the icon for either the dvd or cdrecorder I get only root can unmount these volumes.
When I'm in KDE as a user I can't umount or mount those volumes, Can someone tell where I'm going wrong.
Thanks
David
