Jon Johansen? Well it wasn't really al him, he just took the brunt. Also look 
at Dimitry Skylakov - broke a U.S. Law (DMCA), however didnt break a Russian 
law. Did it while in russia. Got arrested after being invited to the u.s to 
give an educational lecture.
