You need pain ;) People won't change what they do until it hurts. Indeed sometimes they'll put up with considerable pain, if they think the doctors suggestions will hurt as well, or they are scared of the alternatives. They have comfort factor, heck M$ products are probably installed and paid for, so the biggest pain (parting with money) is already gone. For as long as the pieces are in place, so that when the next painful episode occurs, like upgrades or more expense, the alternative are available and explained.....
