       Don't celeron procesors have less cache,  I am not an expert but you want to 
get a good processor,  with  a decent amount of L1 And L2 cache, on both the 
processor and motherboard and possibly on the drive units,  so that way you 
really beef up performance,  to counter the heat,  use more heatsinks, and 
plenty of fans etc. 

Hope this is of some use, perhaps someone could fill in on the cache issue,.
