[LUG] Infoshare Ltd.

Hi,

Anyone know anything about Infoshare Ltd., and how they got to be Home Office 
nominated for Partnership Data Sharing.   I have never seen any kind of tender 
in this regard, but "Home Office Nominated" seems like quite a powerful 
selling point.

There's some extremely cynical explanations in Private Eye, but I wondered if 
there were any better ones.
