How about: Are those self-appointed, empire building pig-ignorant *********'s running your IT department *****ing up your business, and do you care anyway???????? <RANT MODE = "OFF"> Sorry, having a bad day at work - which is not at Exeter Uni :-) Shouldn't the messages be aimed away from the IT department, so (more seriously) Are you getting the business benefits from your IT investment? Is your IT really working for you, or are you working for the providers salesman? Paul
