G'day all,

I believe you will need a license to transmit if you are using up/down 
as apposed to just download.
License about £100 (a guess, is that a year, one off? Not sure. Best 
check)

You need only two tools.        >  (O)  X<  ~  Fish!!
A hammer and duct tape. If it    `\___/'  \) ~
doesn't move and it should use     \\\
the hammer. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
