My own experience is that no one has turned up in my close and broken 64bit encryption, but then I ran it completely open for a long while and no unexpected packets appeared, so I don't think Devon is overrun with 802.11 users let alone wardriving hackers. Still it only takes one, and you never know where the hackers go on holiday *8-) Somerset maybe overrun - as the council office's could offer rich picking. Simon, who plans to set up wardriving on his laptop as part of the security audits Eighth Layer are suppose to be selling, but hasn't got there yet. -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
