I live just outside of sunny Callington, Any ISP using 0808 numbers has
problems in my locale, ones i know struggle are BT anytime 0808 dial-up
MyFCN, AOL(hardly suprised!),Worldonline/lineone(tiscali), Sniffout (An isp
which claims that its never cutoff a user),not much good if you can't
connect in the first place :)

When pressed the nice lady i spoke to on 151 did admit there is a problem
with the exchanges in our area, seems from your post to be localised to my
exchange.(Thankfully)

Most annoying thing was they seemed not in the slightest bit bothered about
the situation.

PS. love calling up ISP helplines,'er linux sir..KPPP..lynx... er let me ask
my supervisor.' Tee hee
