In what way?

The "billions" to develop new drugs is an overstatement, the
manufacturers only claim an average of 800,000,000 USD, since they also
claim it costs 100's of USD for medical tests that cost about a tenth of
that retail in the UK, and 10's of dollars to manufacture medicines that
are turned out at a few cent each by Indian manufacturers, the real cost
of developing a new medicine is probably only a small fraction of the
figure they quote, but I dare say it is a lot more expensive to develop
than most software, certainly judging by the quality of most software
(my own included), but than most software doesn't have the same sort of
consequences when it fails.

But nothing else lept out at me an inaccurate.
