I am running the same cpu - I found I could get it working at either 2 or 3.5
times motherboard speed but at no other multiplier.  The highest I can get it
and keep it stable is 200mhz. - still, for a fiver, it was a worthwhile
upgrade from a p166. 

Re - my response to the form - yes I was amused by /proc/cpuinfo vendor id as
CyrixInstead - but I suppose what was wanted was 6x86MX and it really is
reporting 0.00000 as cpu MHz - is this common?
