Given this BBQ is going to be in August, that gives us at least 5 months to raise funds. I am sure there will be more lug meets before then so perhaps we could raise funds between now and then, at any meets we have. On the day, we can still bring some stuff Also where is Roche, apart from somewhere near exeter. Paul.
Do we need to run some kind of fund raiser to make it happen?
