A proposal:

For all those interested I propose a weekend of events.

28th BBQ with some topics of interest but mainly focusing on BBQ. I 
could see if I could get a band together for light evening 
entertainment!
For those that wish to stay overnight.
29th Other topics of interest with for those that want it, a visit to 
the beach, walks, etc.
All to take place in some field in Roche!

Please could you confirm a yes to 28th, yes to 29th, yes to both, or no!
