Just a note to the wise:
After updating overnight to KDE3.2 in Debian testing, I lost .shtml parsing ?!
These original settings were unchanged:
/etc/apache# vi httpd.conf
# To use server-parsed HTML files
#
AddType text/html .shtml
AddHandler server-parsed .shtml
<Directory /home/codehelp>
Options +Includes
Turns out that /etc/apache/modules.conf had been altered and this line
omitted;
LoadModule includes_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_include.so
As far as I can tell, mod_include.so was still there.
I've got another box to update the Debian testing/KDE3.2 later today and I'll
check on mod_include.so before and after.
(I also lost X but that was down to a syntax error in XF86Config-4 on my
part.)
