[LUG] IMAP and KMail

Two questions on IMAP:

1. How do I get remote email (POP3 accounts) into the IMAP folder? Is that 
fetchmail?

2. How best to use KMail and IMAP. At present, all folders in the imap account 
show up and I can't see how to 'subscribe' to an imap folder. KMail offers 
the option to show only subscribed folders but I can't see how to set a 
folder below the imap account to 'subscribed'.
