Use RPM's :) 

Or get the source from http://www.freeradius.org/ and do a
tar -xvzf freeradius.tar.gz
cd freeradius
./configure
make
make install

Hmm thats the packages, how about conifiguring it? Now thats the HARD bit 
:) (So I've been told)
