Hmm, I'm not overkeen on weekends either, my Saturdays tend to be quite
often committed to chess during the chess season (Sept-April), and I
suspect others have other, probably healthier pursuits to follow.

I didn't like to stamp too hard. What's the use of a meeting without
questions and conversation?

Fortunately Mark E was able to lock up or we'd have been booted out much
earlier.

We could even meet without an Internet connection if people can get
their fix of software. I'd thought of house meetings recently, or even a
LUG hike out on the moors, with appropriate lunchtime pitstop of course.

Was there a barbeque mentioned once? If the weather holds and the clocks
go forward, that could start an almost lazy Sunday afternoon feeling.
