It does need a "fair amount" beforehand. It is a great system for
editing your pages solely by yourself.

It is a hassle. It is easier to fork out the little amount of cash.

Indeed we can.

Try run the Wiki, it is the best way to see how it works. You should be
able to set it up, so anyone can edit and you can approve the page
updates one by one.
