[LUG] sudo.conf - allowing anyone to run one command with no password demanded

I find sudo.conf hard to understand.

I can give users access to everything, but I'd like to make one command, a
shell script, runnable by anyone, without them having to type in their
password, and nothing else accessible to anyone but me.
