I've always tried to avoid using brand names (back
when i was doing GCSE IT a few years ago) - always
said 'use a word processor' rather than 'use word'.
occaisionally said 'use a word processor, such as
microsoft word' or even better, 'use a word processor
such as lotus wordpro/word perfect/star office
starwriter' just to remind the examiners there were
other wps but microsoft's out there - perhaps they've
taken the hint!
