Works for me.
I think these are important, and if they have errors in then careful 
correction is in order since the policy is RFC - or out to consultation.

There are signs that arguments put forward by OSHCA and by various 
individuals in primary and secondary healthcare have sunk in, which is good, 
and while the conclusion is that for the desktop Linux will not displace 
Windows in teh foreseeable future, none of the authors claim to see furhter 
than the end of next year!
