Visit www.debian.org and click "packages"?!

Package xserver-xfree86

~ * stable (x11): the XFree86 X server
~ 4.1.0-16woody3: alpha arm hppa i386 ia64 m68k mips powerpc sparc
~ 4.1.0-16woody2: mipsel
~ 4.1.0-16woody1: alpha arm hppa i386 ia64 m68k mips mipsel powerpc
sparc
~ * testing (x11): the XFree86 X server
~ 4.3.0.dfsg.1-4: alpha arm hppa i386 ia64 m68k mips mipsel powerpc
sparc
~ * unstable (x11): the XFree86 X server
~ 4.3.0.dfsg.1-6: arm i386 m68k mipsel powerpc sparc
~ 4.3.0.dfsg.1-5: alpha hppa ia64 mips

Of course it is possible packages get renamed in new versions and such
like, but looks like it is 4.3 or 4.1

As Matt says 4.4 has a new license 4.3.99 is the old licence (which I
think is available as a Deb somewhere.... kick me if it matters).

I don't think the licensing issues are that "big" in my reading of the
licence, and comments made. All parties seem to want it to be GPL
compatible. I guess the question is will they reword it to satisfy the
FSF - the issue seems to be over crediting the software appropriately.

Anyone know what X.org are upto these days, as the original comments in
the Debian list were to move to X.org (a fork of Xfree86 with some big
companies behind it).
