The NIC I have left is a 10-BaseT with Fast SCSI SBUS card

Thanks for the offer of help, already done though. I'm somewhat experienced 
with the nfs root and network booting stuff. Have done it on SparcStation 
10s, 20s, an SGI Indy and Sun Ultra 10 to date :-)
