nope.

tat-14 only carries (mostly) US based traffic.

The UK's ADSL network only relies on collosus, BT's ATM network.

most routes have been re-routed now, we're back to about 90ms with 0% packet 
loss to the US compared to 2 to 300ms and 30 to 40% loss very early this 
morning.
