Kapitan Tomas Monteverde Sr. Central Elementry School is THE FIRST state
school in Davao City region to have an (operational) computer lab.

Proof that you can do something constructive with a load of old 486's and a
custom built server running K12LTSP, not that they mention OSS / Linux /
K12LTSP anywhere in the article despite Holden Hao's request. The next 6
units are on their way (P-200's) , with 12 more "planned" (dependant on hole
in pocket being tightly sealed) for next year.
