Re: [LUG] OFF-TOPIC, but good for some cornish pc users

I'm baffled to why some of those exchanges have been selected, Lostwithiel
only has 110 pre-registrations out of 300, 36% of their trigger. It seems
strange especially has St Columb currently has 170 out of 300. Threewaters
exchange being enabled is good news for me, I was the campaign organiser.
For which we had 136 pre-registration out of 200, 68% of the required
trigger. Nice early xmas present for me (if i can get out of a 12 month
Home
Highway contract, dont really want to have to give BT £100 for nothing)
