Its after one month from the infection date. Magistr is one of the nastiest as it also flashes the cmos rom blank and trashes the primary hard drive controller. But it is also polymorphic in its behavior, so some users may come off worse then others. From what i recall it also taunts the user with msgboxes stating various expletives prior to payload time.
