[LUG] APT & KDE 3.1.3 & REDHAT 9



I`m trying to upgrade to KDE 3.1.3..but I`m stuck....I get the following error 
from APT....

[root@xxxxxxxxx mike]# apt-get install kdebase

the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.

Never had this error message before...any ideas?
