If it has to be up to date and fast, you could check these out:

For Intel P4: MSI 875P Neo-FIS2R (£140 from www.simply.co.uk)
www.msi.com.tw

For AMD: Asus A7N8X Delux Rev2 (£85 from simply)
www.asus.com.tw

It would be hard to get one without lan as it's so cheep to put in.

How about meeting up again sometime?
