I also recieved a email this morning, but without the infected attachment.  I 
do not know if this is the case for everyone.  If you have got an suspect 
email, please use a virus scanner.

There is also instructions there on how to remove it and a removal tool.  But 
please follow Alex's advice and use an up-to date virus scanner. (And also use 
Linux as we all do here :) )
