Funny thing is small companies dont (shouldnt) store cc details, the details 
go straight to the bank. Larger companies like Amazon and Tesco do, with 
one-click buying et al. You are (probably) more likely to have Amazon getting 
cracked then Visa.

Yes, people will blame anyone but themselves. If you leave your window open, 
its the manufactors fault for not making it automatically close when you 
arent in the house. Leave your keys under the mat, then its the police's 
fault for not noticeing someone picking them up. Escape from prison, its the 
prisons fault for letting you escape. Throw a drink at your girlfriend in 
Macdonalds, then slip over it on the floor 5 seconds later, its the 
resturants fault. Spill coffee on your lap while you talk on the phone and do 
your makeup at 80mph down the M5, its Tony Blairs fault.
