Its the Java Debug Manager. Only really useful to Java Developers.
Its there to... can you guess.... help debug java!


Two things to note that although this is a Well Known hoax:
1) Always check one of the AntiVirus vendors websites before passing on
hysteria
2) The file itself may become infected with a virus in the same way any
other .exe could.

Did you run a virus checker over the file before deleting it? Or did you
just take its presence to be proof enough?
