Thanks Guys

	./configure worked OK although the "make install" section
	failed. I haven't figured out why yet (probably a typo
	when I modified makefile.in for my Artec clone
	scanner).

	I think I need a book which goes beyond the idiots
	guide to Linux.

	Any recommendations anyone?
