Looks like you have Neil's public key but not mine or Kai's.

Try downloading them from a keyserver (pgp.mit.edu), Enigmail
for Mozilla does this for you if you click the broken pen icon,
and click okay, no idea on Darwin.

I get a similar error for you, but the key retrieval fails.

I try this at command line, but your key hasn't been sent to a
 key server as far as I can tell.

gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-key C509126E
