Well it has a manual page - try 'man sleep' ;-)

NTP is your preinstalled time daemon, you can probably wack a
couple of your ISP time servers in, and get the clock sorted
well enough for now, probably find a nice tool to do it
somewhere but failing that 'man ntp.conf'.
