In fact, why don't we just set up a splinter meeting in Exeter and link up via a live video link or something? 8-) It does seem rather silly that even a bunch of (fairly) hardcore nerds have to jump in cars and drive to St Austell in order to have a meeting... JonOK, so who in Exeter has a large enough place to hold 10ish Linux peeps, has broadband, video conferencing ability and a better half who won't mind... guess that would be me then ?? Neil (I'll ask her..)I think it would be a bit silly to spread ourselves between two venues...
Bleh, sissy, sounds like great fun to me! :-P
If most people think it would be better to meet in Exeter, then (as far as I know) nothing has yet been booked in St. Austell. What do people think?
Well I live about 25 miles from Exeter, so it'd be a lot closer for me, although if somebody could give me a lift then I guess I wouldn't mind. I guess the objective is to pick somewhere reasonably equi-distant for all of us.... Anybody live in Plymouth?
