My (pub) landlord has just been told by BT that he's using the net too much. His (childrens') usage profile is "one four to six hour stint per day". That's _between them_, one after another, and him too. Apparently that's too much for BT. He uses web, mail and chatrooms (MSN, etc.). No Internet games. Any recommendations? His phone provider is BT and he lives in North Devon (village).
I see BT OpenWore are being really w*** to their customers again.
