For anyone who is interested.

When upgrading KDE 3.0.0 to 3.0.2 and 3.0.3 one of the
rpms deletes the /opt/kde3/share/services/khelpcenter.desktop
file (at least it does on SuSE 8.0).

So either keep a copy before you upgrade or use this attachment.
Permissions are the usual -rw-r--r-- root, root.
