[LUG] Cambridge Uni IP rights

IANAL, and therefore wondered what all the stuff in the press at the moment 
about the way Cambridge University is to assume intellectual property rights 
for anything and everything it's staff might produce would affect the ability 
of people there to release work under the GPL or whatever?
