You don't have that installed. Install the cpan (or cpanplus) thingy
from the www.cpan.org web site. Then run the command "cpan" and type:

install Xmms::Remote

It'll handle all the dependencies for you.

Alteratively, if you're a Debian person, you could see if there is a
package for it, using apt-cache.
