Yes, one is a bit too wrapped up for my liking, and the other is so
wrapped up it's almost Windows.

I've always found that with things like Red Hat it's nice that there can 
be an easy way to do things but that doesn't prevent you from getting your 
hands dirty at a low level any differently to any other distro, its all 
GNU/Linux at the end of the day.
