Some of us prefer to pay a little bit for the support and most important the manuals ready printed with notes, I.E Suse. To the rest lets be honest we too asked questions I still do, some of them daft in hindsight, OOOO for the gift of foresight. For Linux to succeed as indeed it must as it is superior to the "Very Small soft thing " We ALL must help the uneducated, for we too were once just that.
