RE: [LUG] tiscali - off topic -

Thanks Neil,
the bills are deducted by credit card.

I am concerned to 'go the extra mile' as this sort of thing can get
expensive if it should end up in the hands of debt collectors. Tiscali' s
billing is so up in the air they cannot tell you what period you are being
charged for. Bah!

Still now off for a weekend's sailing in Southhampton (short week this one)
so I will be 'on list' again next week.

Cheer's y'all
Chris

Direct debit or credit card ?

if direct debit simply call your bank and cancel it, if credit card call
credit card company and explane all to them.

That should have the desired effect

Sorry to get off-topic but...

 are there any other ex-tiscali/lineone/worldonline/screaming.net
customers
out there who are still being charged by tiscali's irregular billing?

If so do let me know.

I have been trying to stop them billing me for months now, and experience
has taught me that calling their customer call centre does not seem to
lead
to a resolution.

Thanks
